The 4.6 Gallon Hood Fire Extinguishing System has an average extinguishing capacity of 17.4 liters. The hood extinguishing system is obligatory in order to eliminate the fires that may occur on the stove, inside the hood and in the hood chimney in kitchens where 50 or more meals are prepared in accordance with the Fire Regulation. By incorporating a gas shut-off valve into our Kitchen Hood Fire Extinguishing System, further fuel entry can be prevented in case of any fire. It can be signaled to the existing alarm system with electrical contact to our Hood Extinguishing System, which is our manufacture, or it can be used to turn off electrical appliances in the kitchen.
