Fire equipment may also include equipment such as fire extinguishers, fire blankets, breathing apparatus, fire suits and fire chests.
Correct use and maintenance of fire equipment is extremely important. Fire equipment should be renewed after a certain period of time and should be regularly maintained and tested. In addition, fire equipment should be inspected by trained personnel before use and used in accordance with the instructions for use.
